Improving policies and legislative framework for the assessment of movable cultural property

The overall objective of the project is to create a framework for the assessment of movable cultural property based on clear procedures and criteria. This task will be achieved by meeting the following specific objectives: 1. Improving the interaction and partnership actions between the state administration, the citizens and the business in connection with the development of the legal framework and the policies regarding the movable cultural heritage for its better knowledge and more effective preservation. 2. Achieving more open and responsible management of the processes related to the protection and assessment of sites categorized as movable cultural property ​​by improving the regulatory environment and improving interaction with stakeholders. The project activities are as follows: Activity 1. Analysis of the legal framework and policies in the assessment of movable heritage Activity 2. Creating an online library for the needs of evaluators Activity 3. Carrying out an advocacy campaign for the introduction of clear methods and procedures in the assessment of movable cultural property Activity 4. Carrying out an information campaign for the wide introduction of professional expertise in the assessment of movable cultural property The target groups of the project are 3 : 1. Structures of the state administration and bodies of state power 2. Business 3. The public The project proposal proposes solutions for the improvement and development of policies and legal framework related to the assessment of movable heritage. It will allow the adoption of new methods for evaluation and expertise that will find wide application in the work of a wide range of stakeholders.
