The project is aimed at expanding and deepening the partnership between NGO,s citizens, businesses and public authorities in the municipality of Kuklen. This will be achieved by creating a modern and effective information and communication environment for civic participation in governance. A study and analysis of the existing modern and innovative information and communication channels for interaction between civil society, citizens and business with public authorities- for environmental protection will be conducted. The results and recommendations obtained on the basis of the analysis of innovative mechanisms and communication practices will be presented through video presentation material, to the members of the Municipal Council and to the experts working in the local institutions and administration. The recommendations will focus on expanding the possibilities for receiving and processing digital video information, as well as on the possibilities for creating such information via personal mobile devices. A local Civic Television will be established-reference and digital content, reflecting the possibilities of the structures of the civil society, the citizens and the business for data exchange with the public authorities; positive debate and constructivism in the formation and implementation of local policies As a result of the improved environment for civic participation in government, through the mechanisms of Civil Television, we expect increasing the quality and intensity of the interaction between the citizens, the business and the administration. The initiator for expanding and deepening the partnership with public authorities will be local NGOs, and the newly created opportunities for citizens and businesses to publish their civic positions in video format will be realized with the support of the municipal administration. They have the opportunity to direct their video messages to positive debate and constructive solutions to overcome local challenges
