"Increasing civic participation in the processes of implementation and monitoring of the Plan for integrated development of the municipality of Botevgrad"

The project "Increasing civic participation in the processes of implementation and monitoring of the Plan for integrated development of the municipality of Botevgrad" objectives set in the procedure: 1. Partnership management with citizens; 2. Open and responsible management. As a result of the project implementation we expect: - increasing the interaction between the administration and the citizens of Roma origin in the municipality of Botevgrad; - increasing of the activity of "LAG - Botevgrad" in the implementation and monitoring of municipal policies in the implementation of the Plan for integrated development of the municipality of Botevgrad; - making recommendations for improving the implementation of the Plan for Integrated Development of the Municipality of Botevgrad in relation to the Roma community; - reliability of the needs and requirements that are reported and determined as significant in relation to the Roma community; - sustainability of long-term decisions and policies in order to meet the identified needs. In order to achieve the stated goals and objectives, the following activities will be implemented: 1. Civil monitoring of PIRO through research, analysis and assessment of the impact / effect on the Roma community and making proposals for formulating activities and improving the impact of PIRO on the Roma community in Botevgrad; 2. Implementation of advocacy actions and campaign for socially significant causes for the Roma in the municipality of Botevgrad. 3. Discussion and implementation of public policies through joint actions (partnerships) between the Municipality of Botevgrad and "LAG - Botevgrad"
