Further development and centralization of portals of executive authorities in the Justice Sector aiming at improved access to information, e-services and e-justice for the citizens and businesses.

Currently the executive authorities do not have a single centralized portal through which to provide access to information, e-services and e-justice for citizens and businesses. The Ministry of Justice and secondary budget administrators have individual websites which provide information to citizens and business. Each of the web sites has been developed at a different period of time with different vision and means. There is no integration of the various sites with other portals related to e-government and e-justice as for example the Single e-Justice portal of the Judiciary, the European e-Justice Portal of the European Commission or the Single portal for e-services, etc. The current project envisages the creation of a Single portal of the executive power in the "Justice" sector, which will represent a single entry point for citizens to access the services provided by the structures of executive power in sector, as for the electronic services the application, payment and real time provision of the service will be ensured for the cases where actions of the ofiicials from the respective authorities are not needed. As a first project activity existing practices in developing portals in the field of Justice will be reviewed regarding their structure, functionality and information provided to citizens and businesses, e-services and e-justice. An analysis and recommendations on the necessary capabilities and processes to be provided by the portal will be elaborated. Technical specifications and tender documentation for Activity 2 will be developed. Under Activity 2 the Single portal of the executive power in the "Justice" sector will actually be developed and put into operation. As Activity 3 the mandatory measures for information and publicity for the project will be implemented. The project duration will be 28 months and its budget - BGN 243 755,75.
