Redesign of AIS at the Ministry of Justice and its secondary administrators in order the executive authorities in the sector to switch to using and sharing only electronic documents and e-content. Training of employees to use AIS and electronic documents.

Currently the Ministry of Justice and the secondary administrators are using various automated information systems. The electronic exchange of documents between the Ministry of Justice, secondary administrators and other administrations is missing. There is no electronic document turnover within the structures of the Ministry of Justice. In order to implement the provisions of the related legislation (E-governance act, the Ordinance on general requirements for information systems, etc. Under Activity 1 of the project registers and electronic administrative services will be reviewed and a report will be prepared describing the processes and technical means for exchanging electronic documents and electronic content. On this basis under Activity 2 of the project a redesign of the existing AIS will be elaborated to provide opportunities for application, payment and provision for eGovernment services for citizens and businesses using electronic forms and information in a structured way. A central component that serves as the main repository of electronic documents and is the means authorization and determine the level of access users will be developed and implemented.The central component will provide a possibolity for searching of a particular electronic document and the ability to generate reports. Manuals for users and administrators of the system will be developed. Both administrators and users of the central component will be trained. Activity 3 of the project will ensure the implementation of mandatory measures for information and publicity of the project. The project duration will be 18 months, and its budget BGN 475 800,00
