Promotion of the mediation as an alternative method for a dispute resolution

In accordance with the current legislation, the Ministry of Justice maintains a Unified Register of Mediators. Information about training organizations he area available. However the register provides no information on the specific competencies of mediators, information on their activities, resolved disputes through mediation, costs that countries would pay to resolve the dispute by means of mediation, etc. Within this project under Action 1 the framework for the use of mediation as an alternative dispute resolution will be prepared and a technical specification and tender documentation for Activity 2 will be developed. The second activity of the project will develop and implement a centralized electronic portal mediation, which will provide: access to information about the mediation; communication with authorities and persons; conducting a mediation process, including online or in cross-border disputes, etc.The register of the mediators will be further developed. The mandatory activities for information and communication will be implemented as Action 3 of the project. Within Activity 4 5 mediation center in the 5 appellate districts will be crated. The project duration will be 35 months, and its budget is BGN 330 001,90.
