Technological, educational and organizational means for implementation of the developed internal rules and policies for use of the information resources of the executive authorities in the "Justice" sector in accordance with the relevant legislation and with the underlying rules and standards in the Strategy for Development of eGovernment in Bulgaria 2014-2020 and roadmap for its implementation.

In accordance with the amendments to the Law on e-governance from 1.07. 2016 the relevant regulations also changed. The Ordinance on general requirements for information systems, records and e-government services was adopted with OCM № 3/09.01.2017, and took force since 01.03.2017. The changes tackle the identified problems and risks associated with the information resources and the need to introduce clearer requirements to them so that they can meet the challenges in terms of workload, information security and protection of personal data. The current project envisages the implementation of technological, educational and organizational measures in order to meet the requirements of the E-Government act and the Ordenance on the common requirements for operational compatibility and security of information with regard to the monitoring, capacity planning and performance standards for network and information security using information resources in the structures of executive power in the "Justice" sector. The first project activity will review existing internal rules and policies on network and information security, uniform for all structures rules and policies will be developed and systems for management of information security will be developed and implemented in the Ministry of Justice and seconadary bodies, in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013. Requirements for the implementation of technological solution for monitoring access to information esources in the structures will be developed in accordance with which under Activity 2 will be implemented infrastructure for public key in the Ministry of justice and the secondary bodies. Under Activity 3 five specialized trainings for IT specialists from the Ministry of Justice and the secondary bodies will be provided, in order to enhance their qualifications. As Activity 4 the measures for information and communication on the project will be implemented .The project duration will be 30 m. and its budget-BGN 247 801,30.
