Quality professional training to enhance the Justice efficiency

The project proposal is related to the preparation, implementation, reporting and evaluation of attendance, regional and e-learning training for magistrates, judicial and prosecutorial assistants, clerks, state bailiffs, recordation judges, court assessors and other persons according to art. 249 of the Judiciary System Act. Achieving quality professional training in order to enhance the justice efficiency will be a key priority for the National Institute of Justice's team. For this purpose, provides for the implementation of activities that are clearly separated according to the specific matters and of the target groups. In this connection was drawn up an attendance activity; another activity for regional training on which the Institute has 55 partner declarations separately ; activity for e-learning (distance) training and activity that involves the edition of thematic textbook in European law. Within 38 months of activities will be performed by clerks of the National Institute of Justice, with the assistance of external experts, which will significantly strengthen the administrative and professional capacity of the Institute. This project proposal represents an upgrade over the previous seven projects implemented within the OPAC and through it will enhance the experience and practice to outline new development directions. New focuses are associated with the development of thematic areas to ensure sustainable improvement of the training quality and to spread a regional training who thematic meet the specific needs of justice on the regions. The regional trainings are in the catalog of best practices of Member States of the EJTN. Preparation of thematic textbook in European law successfully complements the learning process in the field of national legislation and combines knowledge to reach European standards of justice quality.
