Innovative products and services of training at NIJ

The project is based on a comprehensive concept of introducing innovative approaches in the area of judicial training, including development of interinstitutional collaborations and "knowledge partnerships" in support of judicial training. The activities envisage the development of an innovative model of specialized face-to-face training in the field of administrative justice; conducting foreign language courses in English and French; training activities and study visits to European training schools and institutions; creating self-learning resources and introducing new forms of learning in electronic environment; building an information system to manage the learning process and creating conditions for conducting training in a paperless environment. The proposal builds on the implemented projects under the previous Operational Program and creates the conditions for the development of a high-tech training process that goes beyond the strategic results and the vision of the conventional training forms. The new highlights are related to the implementation of an innovative model of specialized face-to-face training based on a partnership with the supreme magistracy, the creation of conditions for the electronicisation of the learning process and its management through building of self-learning resources, new forms of training in the virtual environment, implementing an information system to manage the learning process and conduct it in a paperless environment. In addition to the innovative activities and services, training activities and study visits to European training schools and institutions should be added as an international component of the project proposal reflecting best European practices and contributing to enhancing the capacity of NIJ to create new products and services by developing and establishing institutional links with European schools and institutions. The project is envisaged to be implemented within 48 months.
