Transparent, accessible and independent court with a high public trust

The draft proposal aims at carrying out active civil monitoring on access to justice, transparency and independence of the court. An applicant with several years of experience in civilian monitoring of the judiciary will use its expertise as the basis for developing tools - civil monitoring cards and court monitoring reports to investigate, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the established In the course of judicial reform, models and mechanisms for access to justice for citizens and legal entities, with special attention being given to access to justice for people with disabilities. Another aspect of the civil monitoring of the project will be transparency and anti-corruption measures related to the non-conflict of interest in the selection and work of court and court judges. A public consultation on the transparency of the court (District and District) and the extent to which it enjoys the trust of citizens will be made within the project. An independent analysis will be the court's annual reports and the degree of transparency provided by them. In addition to analyzes and assessments, each of the civil monitoring reports produced in the course of the project will also contain recommendations to improve access to justice, transparency and the independence of the Court. These recommendations will be presented to the administrative heads of the two courts, with a view to improving the work of the staff of the two bodies in the future.
