"Civil control– monitoring and evaluation of the Road map for Updated Strategy for Continuing Judicial Reform fulfillment "

The dynamics of events in recent years has raised new issues for the day, and there is currently no evidence that the professional community offers new, timely and adequate solutions.The project proposal provides a set of civilian enforcement activities through monitoring and appraisal of implementation and fulfillment of the Road map for Updated Strategy for Continuing Judicial Reform. The project envisages an analysis of the effectiveness of the measures set out in the Road map, their applicability and necessity. Based on feedback from NGO representatives of the Civil Council of the Supreme Judicial Council and those from The Council for the Implementation of the Updated Strategy for Continuing Judicial Reform to the Minister of Justice will be monitored the degree of participation in the process of proposing and taking decisions. It is envisaged to make recommendations for improving the overall process of proposing, discussing and strengthening the role of NGO representatives in it. Using analytical and diagnostic tools, the dynamics in the development of justice policies will be traced to the agenda of the Co-operation and Verification Mechanism reports over the last 4 years tracing whether this leads to proposals for new measures to build on the results achieved so far in the sector. It will analyze situational issues that hinder effective reform actions.
