Good practices to promote and develop alternative dispute resolution methods

By promoting mediation and arbitration as a means of out-of-court dispute resolution, the judicial system will become more effective. The project aims to promote and develop alternative methods for resolving legal disputes. Project activities include: -research and transfer of good practices in the ADR sphere including good practices related to the creation of an electronic register system for arbitration courts; - Two trainings for experts, jurors, lawyers, mediators, arbitration judges - An information campaign promoting alternative dispute resolution methods. The project target groups are: - Experts, jurors, lawyers, mediators, arbitration judges, judges, court officers and other experts working in the judiciary system; - Law students and legal professionals at an early stage in their careers, such as young judges, prosecutors, investigators, lawyers, and others. The expected results are increased public confidence in alternative methods of solving legal disputes and creation of the necessary conditions for implementing best practices in this field.
