The project is multi-layered innovation to support the reform of the judicial system by creating a functioning mechanism for interaction between key stakeholders in the process of civil control over the courts and the active involvement of NGOs in the development, monitoring and evaluation of strategies for reform, and by encouraging and developing alternative methods for dispute resolution. The project proposal combines international experience and adapted, proven best practices of the project partners in the field of civil monitoring of courts, encresing the level of the citizens' legal education and promotion among the general public of alternative methods of conflict resolution, strengthening the role of mediation and arbitration in civil turnover, developing and combining them in a structured model for uniform application nationwide. The planned to be designed methodologies for introducing and implementing different methods of accelerating the legal reform aim to meet public expectations for improving the administration of justice by building a unified system for the prevention, monitoring and correction of problem areas in the administration of justice, objectified in a seperate branch of the activities of the NGO with the potential to function as a permanent activity after completion of the project and continue to develop and multiply the results in all the mentioned activity directions. Broad partnership between the NGO and the courts and the combined expertise ofthe project participants are the guarantee for stability and successful multiplication of results achieving at the same time higher added value.
