Foundation "Institute for Law and Justice" - effective partner for reformed judicial system"

The project proposal is named "Foundation ‘Institute for Law and Justice ‘ –effective partner for reformed judicial system”. The FILJ is found only by Lawyers, as members of the Haskovo Bar Chamber. The Lawyers are substantial part of the judicial system. FILJ is a non-governmental organization and its unique by its nature, because it is the only one of such kind in Bulgaria. The Lawyers are the strongest link between the clients of the system and the system its self. The Lawyers have their community and personal responsibility for better working judicial system. The reform of the judicial system, a par from the legislative and structural change, could and should start the reform inside its environment. The current project aim to identify the main problems and obstacles in the communication and the understanding among the different groups and parts in the judicial system . The project will contribute for the improvement of the working environment and the link between the target groups: lawyers, Judges, judicial employees, clients of the system and business .
