Development of a monitoring system for the updated Strategy for Continuing the Reform of the Judicial System 2014-2020

The main objective of the project is improvement of the monitoring, management and implementation of the Updated Strategy to Continue the Reform of the Judicial System 2014-2020 (USCRJS 2014-2020) and the Roadmap for its implementation. This goal will be achieved with the development of a system for monitoring of USCRJS 2014-2020. The main project objective will be achieved through the achievement of three specific goals: ∙ Conducting a critical assessment of the utilized system for accountability and reporting on the progress in the implementation of USCRJS 2014-2020. ∙ Developing a system for monitoring of USCRJS 2014-2020. ∙ Involving stakeholders in the development and subsequent implementation of the monitoring system. For the purposes of the implementation of the project the team will focus on four main activities: ∙ Activity 1: Analysis of the utilized system for accountability and reporting on the progress in the implementation of USCRJS 2014-2020 and the Roadmap for its implementation ∙ Activity 2: Development of a system for monitoring of USCRJS 2014-2020 and the Roadmap for its implementation ∙ Activity 3: Testing of the developed system for monitoring of USCRJS 2014-2020 and the Roadmap for its implementation ∙ Activity 4: Ensuring information provision and project communication. The implementation of the project will result in the development of a completely functional product – a system for monitoring of USCRJS 2014-2020 and the Roadmap for its implementation, software and manual for its use, a template of report from implementation of the monitoring, a database containing information about the progress in the implementation of the USCRJS 2014-2020 and the Roadmap for its implementation. This product will be provided for use by the Ministry of Justice and the Strategy Implementation Council.
