Interaction - informed choice and civic trust

This project proposal aims to promote and develop alternative methods of resolving legal disputes, as well as to raise the awareness of civil society about the use of these methods. In order to achieve the described, "New Road" association plans to perform the following main activities: conducting / developing analyzes, studies, research, methodologies, models and assessments related to alternative methods for resolving legal disputes, incl. mediation and arbitration; research and transfer of good practices and innovative solutions; conducting information campaigns to promote the legal aid system among citizens; for the alternative methods for resolving legal disputes / techniques for mediation and conciliation process, arbitration /; main activity is conducting training for the implementation of alternative methods for resolving legal disputes / techniques for mediation and arbitration. The association will conduct round tables with stakeholders and will organize meetings with students. Provision of information and communication on the project, incl. providing conditions for cooperation between the target groups will be also responsibility if the grant beneficiary. The expected results from the implementation of the project are expressed in the popularization of the alternative methods for resolving legal disputes among the civil society, as well as creation of conditions for introduction in the practice of the out-of-court means for resolving legal disputes. In this way, the work of the judicial institutions will be improved, accelerated and optimized by reducing the pressure and their workload.
