The overall goal will be achieved through the establishment of an alternative dispute resolution body. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the planned activities, which include the study of good practices in Europe; applying these practices at national level; creation of a body for alternative dispute resolution and an information campaign to promote alternative methods for resolving consumer disputes. The project is aimed at solving the problems of the judiciary, citizens, business and the general public. The effective work of the institutions of the judiciary is fundamental and essential for the stable social, economic and political development of the country. The complexity and technical ambiguity of the legislation can make it difficult for citizens to access justice. The establishment of a body for alternative resolution of consumer disputes will involve civil society organizations in the judiciary, provide greater transparency in decision-making and increase accountability and civic participation, which will lead to increased public confidence in the judiciary. In Europe and the world, due to the huge amount of time and money involved in litigation, business communities and consumers are increasingly turning to legal alternatives to resolving conflicts that are faster, more private and more cost-effective than the courts. As a result of the project implementation, the civil control over the reform of the judiciary will increase and the number of actively involved NGOs in this process will increase, good practices will be transferred, the introduction of alternative methods for resolving consumer disputes will be promoted.
