Improvements in the field of justice through analysis of European practice and Bulgarian judicial traditions in the field of criminal prosecution of those responsible for road accidents with the presence of victims / injured

This project proposal aims to analyze the European practice in the field of justice in road accidents with the presence of victims / injured, to analyze the Bulgarian judicial traditions and to make proposals for reforming the judiciary in order to make justice more efficient, as prevention of accidents. The following activities will be carried out within the project: 1. Analysis of the European legislation in the field of justice in road accidents. 2. Analysis of the European case law in the field of justice in road accidents. 3. Analysis of the Bulgarian judicial traditions / practice in the field of justice. 4. Conducting an information campaign on what actions we should take if we or our loved one was injured in a car accident for the purpose of more effective justice. 5. Information and publicity Ensuring accurate, timely, appropriate and lawful reporting of the project is ensured by the activity of organization and management of the team. All project activities will be accompanied by awareness-raising and publicity activities, which will make public the support received by the applicant and grants from the ESF and the EU through the OPGG.
