Justice of the 21st Century – Magistrates and Judicial employees’ Professional competence and integrity development

The project is built upon innovative methodology that explores the NIJ training activity in the context of creating conditions for the enhancement of magistrates and judicial employees’ professional development. The elaboration of judicial training standards and the refinement of judicial training evaluation process, the strengthening of judicial trainers’ community, all of them are instruments enabling the implementation of embedded horizontal policies in the work of the Institute, able to ensure sustainable results of the on-going training activity. The envisioned activities under the project reflect the judicial training vision described in the Strategic Plan of the Institute for the period 2020-2022, as well as the achievements of the NIJ and the other institutions, responsible for the implementation of the Updated strategy for the judicial system reform and the Roadmap for the strategy implementation.
