The research communities of temporary trainers under the project and the analyses performed will contribute for the establishment of independent human capacity able to study and conduct case law analyses on the administration of justice thus becoming a NIJ sustainable practice, leading towards the enhancement of professional knowledge and skills. Opportunities are created towards improving the foreign language competences of magistrates and court staff in English and French languages, as well as for the exchange of experience and good European practices with European and international institutions, organizations and training schools that contribute for the accurate implementation of EU law on the basis of mutual trust and cooperation, and for the establishment of common European legal culture.
