Development and implementation in the judicial system of a software for accelerated creation and reproduction of acts and other documents by dictation and automatic conversion of voice recording to text /voice-to-text/ and accompanying processing systems

The project aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of magistrates by developing and implementing in the bodies of the judiciary a software for dictation and automatic conversion of voice recording into text / voice-to-text or V2T/, which is a tool for digitization of magistrates' acts and will allow instead of typing them manually, to dictate and receive automatically typed text, ensuring fast formatting / application of grammar and punctuation rules /search and output of words, reference, annotation and other options for additional word processing and references to all key segments of the acts. This software will reduce the time of typing, processing and transfer of information in each case / over 60% of the usual time required /, as well as will achieve improvement of the speed and the quality of work, speed up paperwork, the ability to work remotely , respectively will allow better accountability and high quality of justice. In the implementation of the project activities, the necessary hardware will be purchased to ensure the operation of the software, which is a necessary condition guaranteeing its use in the work of the bodies of the judiciary and their employees; magistrates and court clerks; officials and officers in the Justice sector supporting the judiciary and persons supporting the court trial.
