Ensuring the functioning of the Regional Information Centre - Shumen

The project will ensure the effective functioning of the District Information Point - Shumen in the period: December 13, 2015 - December 31, 2018, as a part of a network of 27 district informatoin points, promoting the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF). The project will provide financial support for the following main activities of the District Information Point (DIP)- Shumen: informing DIP visitors for opportunities of co-financial support for their ideas and projects, provided by ESIF; preparing information events, seminars, trainings, conferences, exhibitions, meetings and mass-media work; collecting and disseminating information of the best practices, promoting ESIF; developing and disseminating information materials (printed, audio-visual and electronic) for ESIF and programs, which are developed by the DIP - Shumen or provided by the Managing authorities of the Operational Programs and the Central information and Coordination Office (CICO); cooperation with the managing authorities / intermediate bodies of operational programs and work with national, regional media and other information networks of the EU, in realization of the DIP functions. Through the implementation of the project will be upgraded the awareness of EU funds and programs in the region of Shumen, achieved till now, and also will be provided a maximum transparency and publicity in the process of implementation the programs, financed by ESIF.
