OPERATION OF REGIONAL INFORMATION CENTER - PERNIK

During the previous program period (2007 – 2013), Municipality - Pernik implemented the project "Construction and operation of RIC – Pernik”. The work of the center increased the interest and commitment of potential beneficiaries to the opportunities that SCF providied. The work of the center also increased the number of successful projects and utilized funds in Pernik. In the period of 2007 – 2013, RIC Pernik as part of the network's 28 information centers presented information on funding opportunities for programs financed by the EU SCF. In the period of 2015 - 2023, the network will provide information and promote the ESIS. During the last program period, we also identified the needs of potential beneficiaries and citizens from the area of a timely, reliable and accurate information on the funds allocated by ESIS, and the manner and control how these funds are allocated, used and spent. With this project proposal Pernik Municipality would like to build on the achievements of the project "Construction and operation of RIC - Pernik." The project is expected to complete the following activities: 1. To ensure the functioning of the RIC - Pernik; 2. To perform a regular maintenance of RIC; 3. To provide furniture and or equipment for the RIC; 4. To evelop and/or broadcast information materials (printed, audio-visual and electronic); 5. To organize, conduct and participate in public information events (information events, seminars, trainings, conferences, exhibitions, meetings, etc.) and work with public media; 6. Activities to publicize and visualize the project; 7. Activities relating to the organization and management of the project, the implementation of which will achieve the primary purpose of the project, the NCS and the PA- to increase the awareness and the visibility of the EU funds and programs, and to increase transparency in the implementation and management of programs financed by the ESIF.
