Ensuring the functioning of District Information Centre – Razgrad

The project proposal will upgrade the results achieved from the implementation of project “Establishment and functioning of District Information Centre in the town of Razgrad”, financed under Operational Programme “Technical Assistance 2007-2013”. By ensuring the functioning of District Information Centre (DIP) – Razgrad the achieved publicity and awareness among the citizens in the district on the EU funds and the opportunities they provide for the programming period 2014-2020 will be upgraded, which is one of the objectives of the National Communication Strategy (NCS). The project proposal consists of activities for ensuring the complete functioning of the DIP through carrying out of refurbishment of the office, delivery of equipment and furniture, as well as provision of the necessary allowance of the DIP. In accordance with the objectives of the NCS an activity is provided for elaboration and dissemination of information materials, the implementation of which will contribute both to the public awareness on the EU policies and the popularization of the best practices obtained by successful implemented projects. Activities are provided as well for organization, holding and participation in public information events, for proactive work with media, as well as for publicity and visualization of the project. The implementation of the project activities will provide opportunities for the DIP – Razgrad to popularize the provisions for acquiring EU funding among wide range of representatives of the local communities and will increase the transparency during the implementation of the projects. It will contribute to a higher public trust and support on the process of implementation and management of the Partnership Agreement and the programmes, co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF).
