Extention functioning of the Regional Information Center Pleven - part of a national network of 27 regional information centers

Through 2011, under the project "Building of Regional Information Centre - Pleven" was built Regional Information Centre in the town Pleven. During the 53 months a team of experts provide access to information to stakeholders of Pleven for the opportunities provided by the Structural and Cohesion Funds in 2007-2013. The new programming period 2014-2020, opens wide horizons for the implementation of project ideas in the interest of local and regional development. Ensuring access to information is a key factor in this process. Here is the place and role of the Regional Information Centre, which will help adequately meet the social needs of the use of information services. The objective of this project is to ensure individual for the functioning of the JRC to upgrade achieved recognition of all European funds and programs. The main activities of the project provided for the implementation of the objectives, expected results and indicators to measure them, are: -A 1: Ensuring the performance and activities of Regional Information Centre; -A 2: Publicity and visualization; -A 3: Organising information events, meetings with the media, joint national initiatives, festivals and Project pressconferences; -A 4: Provision of information, communication and logistics services, development and dissemination of information materials The project proposal addresses the following target groups: employees of the Regional Information Centre, applicants, beneficiaries, MA and IT programs (ESIF) and the public. The expected outcome of the project is functioning RlCentre, spreading information to potential beneficiaries for: the policies of the EU, Partnership Agreement, the opportunities for applying for programs co-financed by the ESIF; promote good practice; organizing information events and distribute information and promotional materials; working in cooperation with the MA and IT of the OP, national, regional media and others information networks of the EU.
