"Functioning provision of regional information centre - Gabrovo"

The project goal is to increase the level to which Gabrovo citizens are informed, the access to information, to promote the possibilities, offered for 2014­2020 programme period by EU. In OIC­ Gabrovo, an expert team of 3 people works. Project target groups: OIC employees; applicants and beneficiaries; MA and IB of ESIF programmes; community. Under the project, new technique will be bought (computers, a camera), which will increase the experts’ work quality and will improve the way the events are reflected. A cabinet and book­shelves will be installed, which will facilitate and improve the work quality. Routine repairs are envisaged ­ a total re­painting of the premises, re­ painting of the outer circles, symbolizing the logo of the OIC, a MDF band installation behind the experts' chairs, an insulation of the WC entrance premises. For OIC­Gabrovo, materials and stationeries will be provided, as well as coffee, water and sweeties, which will give a relative autonomy to the team to conduct events with its own means. Under the project will be elaborated and disseminated: a printed edition “5 years OIC­Gabrovo” about the OIC­Gabrovo activities and for promotion of the EU financed activities in the region, fliers and LED screen video­clips, which will be related to the big events. OIC­Gabrovo will realize annually: 2 public events on the territory of each municipality in the region, 2 events with media and will participate in at least 1 initiative of the OIC network. OIC­Gabrovo will continue to organize annually a sizable event on a significant theme, with the participation of internationally recognized lecturers and moderators. Whenever a declared interest is available, the experts will provide on­site consultations, consultations on open reception spots and in all the other ways of informing. Project publicity will be achieved by the distribution of branded portable outer batteries for mobile items. Project management will be done by a project manager and accountant.
