The direction is DIP -Smolyan - a place with many opportunities

For the implementation of the project proposal we envisage the following activities: 1: Provision of the functioning of the Regional Informational Centre - Smolyan, including: providing the wages and travel expenses of the Centre employees; materials and supplies, as well as current costs for electricity, water supply, telephone, internet bills, etc. 2: Maintenance and repair of the equipment, furnishing, exploitation of vehicles and branding of the Regional Informational Centre - Smolyan. 3: Functioning of RIC – Smolyan. Implementing this action we will achieve the following outcomes: -60 informational activities with total 900 participants; -6 meetings with the media with total 60 participants; -4 common initiatives with total 400 participants; -3 thematic activities (within two days) with total 90 participants; -5 thematic activities (within a day) with total 150 participants; -10 advertisement spots created and broadcasted; -Making and dissemination of 10 information bulletins -Making of promotional materials about RIC Smolyan (notebooks, pens, folders, etc.) -Visit to the RIC – Smolyan – 1 100 visitors; 6: Publicity – providing the following outcomes: - Ensuring transparent, public and open implementation of the project activities. - Popularizing the services, provided by RIC – Smolyan. - The conduction of two press conferences; - Printing and dissemination of 3000 information leaflets; - Publication in local regional and / or printed editions – 3 publications. The total cost of the project is 315 000 leva, and the duration is 37 months.
