The financial plan is part of a coherent policy of the NF Directorate to continuously increase the qualification of the employees. The participation in workshops, seminars, symposiums and meetings, including the CA workshops will provide an opportunity to gain practical advices, best practices and clarifications as well as to discuss on different issues and new legislation. The trainings already completed and financed under OPTA projects have led to highly positive result in terms of improving the employees’qualifications.During the meetings envisaged with the MA the most common problems faced by the target institutions will be discussed and adequate solutions will be sought applicable to all participants from different levels. For all workshops it is planned to prepare the relevant working materials and to provide promotional materials of the CA.One of the key elements of the certification of expenditure is the on-the-spot checks carried out in the office of beneficiaries. This process requires to be carried out by certain deadline according to the procedures and rules and therefore it is of utmost importance to ensure the logistical organization for the CA employees in order to carry out on-the-spot checks in the office of the beneficiaries outside of Sofia. One of the results of a project carried out under OPTA was purchased equipment necessary to ensure the responsibilities of the CA employees. In order to maintain the limited material resources of the Directorate there is a necessity to optimize the supply which led to the need of purchasing of new mobile phones and plans as to ensure flexibility, information and constant communication.Given the Directorate activities during the programming period 2014-2020,it is envisaged to provide the use of advisory services for various purposes related to effective and efficient implementation of responsibilities under the operational programs for the period.
