"Efficiency enhancement of the national monitoring and co-ordination organ on its work related to the state aid and the state aid regime application in the programming, management and supervision of ESIF"

The project "Efficiency enhancement of the national monitoring and co-ordination organ related to its work on the state aid and the state aid regime application in the programming, management and supervision of ESIF" is an intrinsic part of the purposeful action of the “State aid and real sector” (SARS) directorate for the capacity upgrading and the sustainable qualifications improvement of its employees, MA, MH, CA and AA officers, occupied with the effective ESIF administering from the state aids perspective. The project will be implemented through the following activities: 1. Carrying out of trainings for employees of SARS directorate related to ESIF funds management. 2. Participation of SARS directorate employees, MA and MH in co-ordination mechanisms, working groups, meetings and initiatives linked with experience exchange and etc., about ESIF funds management. 3. Organisation, hosting and carrying out of training events, workshops and discussions for employees of the SARS directorate, and for employees of MA, MH in connection with coordination mechanism in state aid, related to monitoring and management of funds from ESIF. The target group of the project financial plan includes employees of the beneficiary, MA MH CA and AA. The activities are aimed at knowledge upgrading in the target group members together and synchorinising of measures related to ESIF funds management as per its due compliance with the state aids regime. The following horizontal policies are going to be observed: gender equality encouragement (by equal gender based access to trainings), no discrimination and open accessibility (again equal access to trainings as per the participants jobs characteristics), partnership (discussions and data exchange between SARS directorate, sustainable development (knowledge and experience sharing) and a tender announcement (for an events organizer in Bulgaria selection).
