Ensuring the functioning of the Smolian RIC for the period 2019-2021

The implementation of the project proposal will ensure the functioning of the Smolyan RIC in the period 2019-2021. Within the framework of the project, the remuneration of the three employees of the RIC - Smolyan will be provided; current maintenance costs; carrying out ongoing repairs to the premises of the JRC and the purchase of equipment. Given the main objective of the project, namely: To raise the awareness of the inhabitants of Smolyan region, the accessibility of information and to promote the funding opportunities, which the EU provides in the period 2014-2020, Smolyan RIC will continue to conduct public information events, namely: 60 information events in the 10 municipalities of Smolyan region; 3 common initiatives; 6 media meetings and 3 one day events. Smolyan RIC will develop and disseminate the Annual Information Bulletin-3 and information leaflets - 20. The target groups of the project are: employees in the RIC; applicants and beneficiaries of the programs financed by the ESIS; the Managing Authorities and the Intermediate Bodies of the programs funded by the ESIS and the society as a whole. The implementation of the project will take into account the horizontal principles of the EU, namely: Partnership, Promoting equality between men and women and non-discrimination, Sustainable development. Public information events will be held in partnership with local authorities and institutions and will be targeted at all stakeholders without any discrimination, and sustainable development will involve paperless work and the use of environmentally friendly materials. In pursuit of the goals of the NSC, the realization of the project will build on the knowledge gained for the European funds and programs, and Smolyan will intentionally and deliberately work to increase transparency in the implementation and management of the programs, building a broad public trust. The total value of the project is 336 000 BGN and its duration is 36 months.
