Functioning of the District information point - Montana

Implementing this project Montana Municipality will continue the functioning of the DIP Montana effectively,as part of the already existing network of 27 DIPs. Thus the commitment of Bulgaria,as a member of EU will be realized,to ensure the provision of timely and reliable information about the opportunities of individual procedures,measures and schemes to raise awareness and to promote EF,programs financed by the ESIF,as well as the implemented projects and best practices.It`ll happen by the provision of expert information in the office by phone or e-mail, during the organized public events some of which in cooperation with the MA. Thus the general objectives of the NCS related to the promotion of EU and Partnership Agreement,informing about the possibilities of the programs financed by the ESIF will be met .The horizontal principles of EU for partnership through consultations with stakeholders for promotion equality between men,women and non-discrimination and for sustainable development by supporting the development of Green administration will also be met.DIP-Montana will continue the already established cooperation at local level with administrations,labor offices,educational institutions,media,government bodies and other networks.The functioning of the DIP will meet the identified needs of the potential applicants and beneficiaries at local level by precise and clear information on current opportunities under the OP.Implementation of the project will be achieved by one summarizing activity-Providing the functioning of the DIP Montana for the period 2019-2021.As a result of the implementation of these activities,public events in all municipalities in the region will be organized,where expert answers will be provided,local successful projects will be promoted,printed information and promotional materials will be worked out to raise the awareness and commitment of the various target groups to the opportunities offered by the programs co-financed by the ESIF.
