Through this project proposal the Municipality of Varna will continue the functioning of Regional information centre – Varna as part of The network of 27 regional information centres. The project will ensure the uninterruptedness of the activities of providing timely and reliable information about the funding opportunities by the operational programmes, raising the awareness about the European funds and, programmes co-funded by ESIF, and promoting implemented projects and best practices. Expert information will be provided by phone, mail and at the office. The project envisages the organization of information events for the target groups, joint events with the managing authorities in the municipalities of Varna District and participation in joint initiatives at national level. The Regional information centre- Varna will continue the cooperation with the managing authorities, regional bodies of the operational programmes, District administration, the municipalities of Varna District, educational institutions and other networks. The already identified need of potential candidates and beneficiaries of Varna district to obtain clear and precise information about active funding opportunities will be provided through the functioning of Regional information centre - Varna. One main activity is foreseen: 1. Functioning of Regional information centre - Varna.
