“Ensuring the functioning of Regional Information Center – city of Razgrad in the period 2019-2021”

The purpose of the PP is to be increased the knowledge among the citizens of Razgrad regarding the ESIF, to be facilitated the access to basic and specific info. about the Cohesion policy of the EU,the PA,the range of the programs,cofinanced by ESIF,the execution of these programs,the possibilities for financing that they offer,the promotion of successful projects,through ensuring the activity and the effective functioning of RIC-Razgrad. As a result of the implementation of the project the recognition of the EU funds and the possibilities that they offer shall be further improved,which is one of the purposes of the NCS and the PA.The PP includes activities for ensuring the current support of the RIC which shall promote the EU policies,activities for developing and promotion of info. materials which shall reveal the good practices from the successfully implemented projects.The planned activities are aimed at organizing and carrying out info. events and work with the media which shall assist for the achievement of max. transparency in the process of management and execution of the programs and shall promote the possibilities for financing under these programs among a wide range of representatives of the local communities.The activities for publicity and visualization of the project shall increase the transparency during the implementation of the project,and shall contribute for higher citizens’trust and support for the processes of execution and management of the programs.Through the ensuring of the functioning of RIC an easy and complete access to info. of all social,ethnic and age groups in the region shall be secured.This is in compliance with the principle of promoting equality between men and women and of non-discrimination.Providing a wide range of opportunities for receiving info. shall assist for environmentally friendly development and thus for sustainable development.The planned events shall bring opportunities for applying the principle of partnership.
