Ensuring of the Stara Zagora District Information Point operation during the period 2019-2021

Project proposal envisages the implementation of a number of activities aiming to upgrade the results achieved by the District Information Point /DIP/ since its establishment and to ensure the efficient functioning during the period 2019-2021. The project goal fully corresponds to the objectives of the call for proposals and Priority axis 4 of OP Good governance. Securing the necessary funding for the DIP’s operation will set up optimal working conditions and flexibility to the project activities implementation. It is planned DIP to offer up-to-date, free expert information about the financing opportunities through ESIF in its office, by telephone, e-mail and on the spot during information events in the municipalities of Stara Zagora region according to the potential beneficiaries’s needs. Through public events for beneficiaries, meetings with media, workshops and other public events will be ensured better local community awareness and will be promoted EU policies, Partnership Agreement, ESIF role for local and regional development, project funding opportunities. DIP activities will contribute to increase the transparency of the application and project management process. DIP will take part in all National Network Common initiatives. A set of materials will be produced and provided to the participants in public events. Brochures with information on the Indicative Annual Working Programs of OPs and leaflets on current calls for proposals of interest to a lot of beneficiaries will be developed and disseminated. With the project continuation DIP will keep its leading role as a contact point for a provision of updated and accurate information on EU funding opportunities.
