OPERATION OF DOBRICH INFORMATION CENTRE

The project will ensure the effective functioning of the Regional Information Center-Dobrich (RCI-Dobrich) in the period 2019-2021. The Center will work actively in cooperation with the local community, managing authorities, regional administrations, universities, schools, businesses to promote the funding opportunities it provides through the ESIF. The RCI-Dobrich will provide information on funding opportunities under the programs for the 2014-2020, will promote EU policies, ensuring maximum transparency and public confidence in the implementation and management of programs across the community. This will ensure transparency and publicity in the management of programs and the Partnership Agreement, as is the approach underlying the National Communication Strategy. The financing of the project activity will ensure the efficient operation of the DRC in the implementation of the information provision activities and the reaching of different audiences. During the implementation of the project and its reporting, the horizontal principles of the community will be respected and respected. The PP fully follows the concept of sustainable development - it envisages enhancing existing opportunities and potential for development by ensuring transparency and awareness / accessibility in the application, implementation and management of programs funded through the ESIF. RCI will maintain a high level of awareness to ensure equal access to funding for beneficiaries from the region. The administrative and institutional capacity and specific issues addressed will be further developed by increasing the beneficiaries' competence in project implementation and eliminating the obstacles in the process of financing, implementing and managing the programs for the 2014-2020. A policy of equal opportunities and non-discrimination will lead in the implementation of all project activities - in selecting the project team, in the preparation and implementation of public procurement.
