Functioning provision of Information district point - Gabrovo in the period 2019-2021"

The project “Functioning provision of Information district point - Gabrovo in the period 2019-2021" has the main goal to increase the level to which Gabrovo citizens are informed, the access to information, to promote the possibilities, offered for 2014 ­- 2020 programme period by EU. In OIC­-Gabrovo, an expert team of 3 people works. The project target groups are: OIC employees; applicants and beneficiaries; MA and IB of ESIF programmes; community. OIC-­Gabrovo will realize annually: 2 public events on the territory of each municipality in the region, 2 events with media and will participate in at least 1 initiative of the OIC network. OIC-­Gabrovo will continue to organize annually a sizable event on a significant theme, with the participation of internationally recognized lecturers and moderators. Whenever a declared interest is registered, the experts will provide on­site consultations, consultations on open reception spots and in all the other ways of informing. Project publicity will be achieved by the distribution of 6 different types of promotion materials, designed and mainly issued by the team of the center. Project management will be done by a project manager. When organizing and realizing events and initiatives, OIC-Gabrovo will observe the horizontal principals of: gender equality, considering the social aspects of the sex, non-discrimination and accessibility, treating equally the representatives of all target groups; partnership, working with and consulting all the stakeholders, conducting consultations/public discussions, mutual events with municipalities and institutions; sustainable development, supporting the development of eco-friendly administration and working for improvement of the business conditions, supporting the users to take well-informed decisions.
