The budget line is for the period 01.01.2022 - 31.12.2023 and will mainly provide financing of% of the remunerations (salaries and additional remunerations), as well as of the insurance contributions due for them, expenses for temporary incapacity for work and others at the expense of the employer (paid leave, overtime work, part-time work), which the employees of the CA receive monthly for the performance of the functions of Certifying Authority (CA) and Accounting Body (AB) under ESIF in Bulgaria. The following costs are forseen for Reimbursement: - licenses to work with SAP ERP 6.0 for employees performing functions related to the management, reporting and control of funds under operational programs, as a percentage of the total costs of contracts for the provision of these services; The value of the activity is defined as a percentage of part of the activities under Contract № 43 / 08.04.2019 for activities for management of IT services in the MoF system and the secondary budget managers under the Service "Maintenance of the SAP system in the MoF". The contract is for the period 02.07.2019 - 02.07.2022. In order to differentiate the eligible part of the costs, an analysis of the dynamics of the number of licenses held by users whose activities are related to the management, reporting and control of funds was performed. under operational programs. The costs were determined, which correspond to the percentage of supported licenses held by users related to the operational programs, related to the total number of supported licenses (494), ie. 13.36%.
