Ensuring the functioning of the Regional Information Center - Lovech during the period 2022-2023

The network of DIPs has been built and has been operating since 2012. Over time, it has proven its role in promoting EU funds, is recognizable and actively works with local administrations, DBT, RWU, schools, successfully partners with regional and electronic media with the main goal - information on funding opportunities from ESIF/EU funds to reach all potential beneficiaries. DIC-Lovech, as part of the Network of 27 DICs was established under the project "Establishment and operation of DIPs in the Municipality of Lovech", funded by OPTA 2007-2013. This project proposal aims to ensure the functioning of the DIP-Lovech in the period 01.01.2022-31.12.2023 for the implementation of the main activities of the DIP, namely: - Information on funding opportunities from the ESIF; - Organization of public events, trainings, meetings with the media, collection, dissemination and promotion of good practices in connection with the ESIF; - Development and dissemination of info. materials; - Cooperation with the MA/IB of the OP and work with the media and other EU information networks in connection with the implementation of the functions of the DIP; in particular, in their mediation units and public consultation units. The implementation of the PP will upgrade the current awareness of ESIF and OP in Lovech district. The planned results of the implementation of the PP correspond to the National Communication Strategy, and their implementation will contribute to achieving the overall objectives of the Strategy. DIC-Lovech guarantees the right to free and full access to information. on ESIF funding opportunities for all social, ethnic and age groups. The project complies with the horizontal principles of the EU applicable to the OPGG. The activities set in the project are consistent and will fully respect the principle of Partnership; Promoting equality between men and women and non-discrimination and sustainable developments.
