ENSURING THE FUNCTIONING OF A REGIONAL INFORMATION CENTER - PLEVEN, AS PART OF THE NATIONAL NETWORK OF DISTRICT INFORMATION CENTERS (2022-2023)

In 2011, was established the Pleven DIC , whose activities and functioning were fulfilled for the period 07. 2011 - 31.12.2021. This project proposal will ensure the continuation of the activity of the Pleven JRC in the territory of the 11 municipalities in the Pleven District between 2022 and 2023. The staff of the DIC will deliberately and purposefully work to increase transparency in the implementation and management of the programs, which will contribute to the overall objectives of the NRC for the programming period 2014-2020, namely: - promoting the role of the EU and informing about funding opportunities under the programs; - ensuring maximum transparency in the implementation and management of programs; - building and maintaining high public confidence in implementing and managing the Partnership Agreement and programs. The main activity of the project is "Ensuring the functioning of Pleven JRC in the period 2022-2023", consisting of the following sub-activities, observing the three horizontal principles of the EU, namely: 1: Ensuring the functioning and operation of the JRC - the principle of Sustainable Development will be respected - supporting the development of environmentally friendly administration of paperless work (electronic reporting) and the partnership principle, through consultation with stakeholders, public discussions; 2: Publicity and visualization; 3: Organization of events and provision of information, communication and logistical services, development and dissemination of information materials - events will be freely accessible and accessible to all, respecting the principle of promoting equality between men and women and avoiding discrimination The project proposal targets the following target groups: - employees in the JRC; - Candidates and beneficiaries of the programs financed by the ESIS; - Managing Authorities and Intermediate Bodies of programs funded by the ESIS; - the public.
