Ensuring the functioning of the Vratsa District Information Center in the period 2022 - 2023

The project is related to meeting the need for the population in Vratsa district to be informed about the assistance provided by EUfunds,the effect of the implementation of individual priorities,measures or projects on the region,community or individuals.The project activity "Ensuring the functioning of District Information Center-Vratsa in the period 2022-2023”, includes the provision of remuneration to DIC staff and an effective working environment and working conditions; development and dissemination of information materials;organizing,conducting and participating in information events and working with the media;fulfillment of the obligations and work procedures related to the functions of the DIC as part of the Mediation Unit and the Public Consultation Unit of the Regional Development Council.The expected results are provided remuneration to the staff of the DICenter-Vratsa,current support and remuneration for staff,delivery of 1 projection system,increased awareness of more than 1400 potential beneficiaries about the possibilities of ESIF and UMIS, 2 brochures issued "Good practices of Vratsa district" and 2 information leaflets,delivered and distributed advertising materials,held at least 20 information events,4 meetings with the media and 2 national initiatives of the network,contribution to the implementation of the integrated territorial approach.The project contributes to the implementation of the overall objectives of the NKS, as its implementation will upgrade the awareness of European funds and programs, will ensure maximum transparency for their implementation, which will contribute to building and maintaining high public confidence in the processes on the implementation and management of the Partnership Agreement and the programs.The implementation of the project will be in line with the horizontal EU principles applicable to the OPGG: partnership, promotion of equality between men and women, non-discrimination and sustainable development.
