Functioning of DIP - Kyustendil in the period 2022 - 2023

The project envisages activities to strengthen the DIP - Kyustendil as a place where anyone interested, through various communication channels, can receive timely and accurate information about funding opportunities provided by European programs. Ongoing maintenance, provision of materials and consumables for the operation of the center, remuneration of employees are provided. Various information events are planned to contribute to improved information and competence of applicants and beneficiaries, increased motivation to participate in programs, improved awareness of the contribution and benefits of investments with European funds for the country's development, increased public confidence in the implementation of the European programs. With the planned goals, activities and results, the project is in full compliance with the objectives of the National Communication Strategy in terms of raising awareness and competence, ensuring maximum transparency, building and maintaining high public trust and active participation of all stakeholders in the process of the implementation of European programs. The events are planned to cover different target groups: applicants and beneficiaries, media, the public, including students and young people, interested citizens. The information events under the project are open to all citizens, regardless of social, ethnic and age affiliation. Access to the information center for people with disabilities is provided and maintained. The requirements for sustainable development are met in the planning of the activities: all types of information is sent to the target groups electronically, an electronic newsletter is prepared monthly. Some of the events are planned and conducted in partnership with other organizations, when planning certain activities, stakeholders are consulted and the interests of different target groups are taken into account.
