Increasing knowledge and improving the skills of farmers and employees on their holdings. This project aims to increase the knowledge and skills of farmers and employees on their farms by achieving an adequate level of technical and economic training, increasing the capacity for access to knowledge and information in the field of agriculture. This will improve economic performance and facilitate the restructuring and modernization of farms, farm management and product marketing, especially with a view to increasing market share and diversification in agriculture. Emphasis in training will be on presenting innovation and modernization opportunities through support under appropriate RDP measures, as well as information on the creation and development of farms, with an emphasis on the needs of young farmers. Information will be provided on the legislative requirements for agricultural management related to the entry of young farmers with appropriate qualifications in the agricultural sector, as well as basic issues of inheritance law to facilitate continuity across generations. They will be thoroughly acquainted with the requirements for the preparation and implementation of a business plan under measure 6.1. from RDP, direct payments, etc. Particular attention will be paid to the possibilities of increasing the efficient use of water in agriculture and mitigating the effects of climate change, adapting farms to it and protecting the environment. With the knowledge and skills acquired, farmers will be able to increase their competitiveness and resource efficiency, modernize farms, improve their environmental performance while contributing to a sustainable rural economy. We plan to conduct trainings on   two activities - 150 hours - 7 courses 21 groups and 8 hour seminars - 3 groups
