Conducting Vocational Training for Acquiring Competence to Work with Agricultural Machinery Category TVK and TVK-3 of Farmers and Employees on Their Farms with Procedure Financing by Selection of Project Proposals under Sub-measure 1.1. "Vocational training and skills acquisition" of measure 1 "Knowledge transfer and awareness actions" of RDP 2014-2020.

The Center for Vocational Training at "Grand Center" Ltd. plans to conduct two courses according to point 13.1.1, under point c of the application guidelines under the procedure , namely: 1. 138 hours specialized training in agricultural machinery category TVK and participation by 48 trainees. 2. Specialized course for work with agricultural machinery category TVK-3 with a duration of ...... hours and participation of 24 students. The training programs will cover topics according to item 13.2.1.7 of the application conditions included in Section A and Section B of the course curricula. For the purpose of the project "Grand Center" LTD has provided the necessary technical base for conducting theoretical and practical training, and has rented suitable halls located in Sliven and Mechkarevo for conducting theoretical training provided with cuts and models of all necessary components for tractors needed for training, as well as multimedia and internet connection. The necessary machinery and equipment were rented for the practical classes, as well as a Polygon consisting of a property of 7 dka. on the land of Mechkarevo village. The training team is highly qualified and has the necessary teaching and practical experience to achieve the objectives of the project, namely to increase the technical knowledge of farmers and the persons employed on their farms, focusing on innovation in agricultural machinery and its exploitation, environmental protection methods for agricultural operations, and climate change mitigation and adaptation. The competences that trainees will acquire will help to increase their competitiveness and improve the environmental performance of their farms. Training in this sub-measure is another step towards stimulating lifelong learning as well as training in the agricultural sector, all in line with the sub-measure's priorities.
