Improving knowledge and skills of farmers through trainings in professional field " Plant growing and stock-breeding"

This project proposal is aimed at improving the knowledge and skills of farmers and employees on their farms by providing practical targeted technical and economic training in the field of agriculture. Within the framework of the project, the applicant Net IT Ltd., through its licensed Professional Training Center, will organize and conduct specialized training for farmers in the specialties " Vegetable Production", "Perennial crops" and "Viticulture and wine making". We plan to conduct five long-term courses (150 teaching hours) in each specialty for the implementation period, covering a total of 420 participants. The target group of the trainings includes farmers, as well as the employees on their farms, as a priority the trainings will include participants who meet the definition of young farmer. As a result of the acquired knowledge and skills through the implementation of the project, farmers will be able to increase their competitiveness and resource efficiency, as well as improve the environmental performance of their farms by applying environmentally friendly production methods.
