Organizing and conducting training for farmers and their employees

The Pierre Bourdieu Vocational Training Center was established and licensed in 2015. Since then, it has trained over 1500 different farmers and their employees. The average annual workload of the company is 500 people, which shows that Pierre Bourdieu has sufficient capacity and teachers to carry out the intended activities under sub-measure 1.1. "Vocational training and skills acquisition" of measure 1 "Knowledge transfer and awareness-raising actions of the Rural Development Program 2014-2020. The activities envisaged in the project proposal are as follows: 1. Conducting a seminar with a duration of 18 hours related to "Agroecology and Climate" and "Organic Agriculture". 2. Conducting one course lasting 30 academic hours. 3. Completing a 150-hour course. Courses and seminars also include demonstration activities in the field of agriculture, with the aim of acquiring information and getting to know real practical cases. The training period will be 28 months for trainings and one month for preparation of application documents for payment. The training programs envisage training of 250 target group members (farmers and their employees). It is envisaged to train 55 persons falling within the definition of young farmers. The training is carried out according to the attached curriculum.
