Professional training and acquiring new skills

The project proposal is aimed at raising the knowledge and improving the skills of farmers and the employees on their farms by increasing the knowledge and skills in the field of agriculture. The following courses and seminars are foreseen: 1. Course of 150 pupils on the topic: "Sustainable management and environmental protection" - 1 course with the participation of 15 persons; 2. Course of 30 students on the topic: "Organic crop and livestock breeding - ecological management" - 1 course with 20 participants; 3. Course of 30 academic hours on the topic: "Environmental legislation and agro-ecology" - 1 course with 20 participants; 4. Workshop of 18 students on the topic: "Alternative bee products and honey collection" - 1 seminar with 20 participants; 5. Workshop of 18 students on the topic: "Renewable energy sources and efficient use of waste in agriculture" - 1 seminar with 20 participants; 6. Workshop of 18 students on the topic: "Improving the competitiveness of primary producers" - 1 seminar with 20 participants; 7. Workshop of 18 students on the topic: "Management and Efficiency in Farms" - 1 seminar with 20 participants; 8. Workshop of 8 students on the topic: “Efficient use of resources” - 1 seminar with 20 participants; 9. Workshop of 8 students on the topic: "Soil Science" - 1 seminar with 20 participants. The trainings meet the set priorities of RDP 2014-2020, namely: Vocational training and skills acquisition by registered farmers on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as continuity of generations. The aim is, in the agricultural sector, to bring in more competent, more qualified and knowledgeable people to carry out a lawful and environmentally friendly activity.
