PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROVIDED BY "EURO-ALLIANCE" LTD.

The implementation of the project contributes to the achievement of its objectives related to the development of human potential, raising the knowledge and improving the skills of farmers and employees on their farms (including the priority target groups of the procedure) in the field of management and business, new technologies, product quality and safety, organic production and sustainable management of natural resources, incl. RES, priority/ focus areas of the procedure (2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 4B, 5A, 5B, 5V, 5D) and topics related to climate change mitigation and adaptation, environmental protection and innovation. The main activities of the project are related to conducting of: • training courses: - on the theme "Agricultural Economics, Plant Protection and Sustainable Agriculture" lasting 150 hours - on the topic "Crop production, Agricultural Economics and Environmental Protection" lasting 30 hours and • a seminar on "Efficiency and Innovation in Modern Farming", lasting 8 hours, in the area of professional section 621 "Crop and animal husbandry", including the priority/ focus areas of the procedure and topics related to climate change mitigation and adaptation, environmental protection and innovation. The implementation of the project provides an adequate level of technical and economic knowledge and skills for farmers and employees on their farms, with over 20% of the trainees being representatives of the priority target groups (small farms approved for support under the Thematic Measures sub-program for small farms under RDP 2014-2020 and/ or young farmers, including those approved for support under sub-measure 6.1 of RDP 2014-2020), which reflects on improving their competitiveness, resource efficiency, their environmental performance and leads to achievement of sustainable rural economy.
