“Professional training and acquiring of skills under the measure 1.1 from Rural Development Program 2014-2020, organized by “Deisa Consult” Ltd.

The Center for Professional Development of “Deisa Consult” Ltd. developed programs for 3 courses of 30hr. trainings under the framework program “D” for a part of the professions “Crop Production”, “Forestry” and “Agroecology”. 12 separate groups of 30 people are planned – 10 for farmers, 2 for forest managers and the workers in their farms. There are 5 programs, each consisting of 8hr. seminars, covering the 5 priority fields of the current axis for application. Under the programs are 14 seminars for farmers and 2 for forest managers. There is a program for an 18hr. seminar “Agroecology and climate”. Under it will be 6 seminars for farmers and 2 for forest managers. The seminars are for 60 people each. The selection for the applicants will be conducted in compliance with the terms of this application scheme, for farmers there will be an emphasis on the attraction of young farmers, the owners of small farms, as well as of persons approved for assistance under measure 11 of the RDP 2014-2020. The team of the Center for Professional Training (CPT) of “Deisa Consult” Ltd. consists of habilitated lecturers, experts with experience working with the CPT as part-time lecturers. The CPT was registered in 2007 with the NAVET with license № 200712463 and it has registered programs for performing and certifying vocational training for the following professions: profession “Forestry” – code 621030, profession “Farmer” –621060, profession “Agroecologist” – 621140. CPT has organized trainings and seminars for different companies, organisations and individual partisipants. The Team of CPT “Deisa Consult” Ltd. has worked on programs for the Employment Agency and has performed and reported correctly its projects. The CPT has the necessary administrative capacity, so that it can organize and fulfil in the timeline of 36 months the trainings and seminars.
