The training through short-term vocational training courses and seminars is aimed to acquiring knowledge, skills and competences of farmers and foresters from the districts of Targovishte and Razgrad. The trainings will take place in the towns of Popovo and Loznitsa. There are two training programs for the profession Farmer, one specializing in Farming, one for breeders, the other for farmers who grow mainly arable crops. There is also a program for forest managers and employees of their farms in the profession "Forest worker", specialty Forestry activities. 9 (nine) seminars are planned, 3 (three) of them will target at foresters, the rest to farmers. According to information published in the public register of the State Fund for Agriculture, registered farmers as young farmers and small holdings in the district amount to 79 producers. This large number of new producers predetermined the choice of program content and topics and the number of seminars.
