Vocational Training and Better Skills for Farmers and Technical Staff in Northwest and South Central

The aim of this project is to increase the knowledge and skills of farmers and the employed on their farms in settlements in the Northwest and South Central region by achieving an adequate level of technical and economic training and increasing the access knowledge and information in the field of agriculture. Through the dissemination of knowledge and skills development in agriculture, the project aims to improve human potential, to provide an adequate level of technical and economic knowledge and skills in management and business, new technologies, product quality and safety, organic production and sustainable management natural resources, including renewable energy. The project target group is farmers and employees on their farms from Vidin, Kardzhali, Montana and Pleven districts, part of which are included in 2 short-term trainings and 2 seminars. Expected results: With the acquired knowledge and skills of the project, farmers will increase their competitiveness, resource efficiency and improve the environmental performance of their farms by participating in short-term training in the professions "Crop Worker" and "Cattle Worker" and in 18 hour seminars on "Marketing in agriculture - enhancing competitiveness, resource efficiency and sales", "Innovation in Agri-Ecology - improving the environmental indicators of farms and creating a sustainable economy." The trainings and seminars will be conducted in modern curriculum bases, focusing on priority areas and focus areas under sub-measure 1.1. Vocational training and skills acquisition of measure 1 of the RDP 2014-2020 The teachers have over 5 years of experience, higher education and degrees and degrees.
